Here is some inspiration for a healthy treat blended with some natural medicine to delight your senses, uplift your spirit and connect deeper to your heart: berry rose chocolate bites!
First off, I often like to improvise when I cook or prepare something, thus the "recipe" below is more of a guidance to get you started. Feel free to adjust/change to suit your own taste.
Ingredients (makes about 6 portions):
Berry jam* (I used blackcurrant, it can be raspberry, strawberry, any berry you like!) - 6 tbsp
Rose jam - 1 tbsp (optional)
Chia seeds - 1 tbsp
Dark chocolate - about 200 grams
Rose Cacao elixir** (optional)
Medicinal Mushrooms powder** (optional)
Notes:
*If you'd like to make it raw instead, you can use 1 cup of frozen berries + 1 tbsp liquid sweetener (eg. maple syrup).

Steps:
If you are using frozen berries: mix the berries with chia seeds and liquid sweetener in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add a few drops of Rose Cacao elixir.
If you are using berry jam, mix it with rose jam, chia seeds and a few drops of Rose Cacao elixir.
Scoop out bite sizes onto a parchment paper and freeze for 1h or until solid.
Melt dark chocolate with a dash of Medicinal Mushrooms powder in a double boiler pot.
Coat the frozen berry bites in the melted chocolate and return to the freezer for another hour or until solid.
